Our CAP Crew

Nicki D’andrea

Nicki opened Children At Play twenty five years ago on her own with the vision to create a fun, safe, and close-knit environment. She has turned her small in-home daycare into another world for her students. It is a place that encourages curiosity, play, and discovery. Nicki is well versed in helping each child to become well rounded and excited to learn. She’s also a fantastic resource for parents, with endless advice and insight. Nicki’s main goal is to make CAP feel like a family to everyone that joins, and fostering a place that feels like home long after your kiddos graduate and go to school.

Olivia D’Andrea

Olivia graduated from St. Norbert College in 2016 with a bachelors degree in Communications and Theatre and has been working at CAP full time since 2017. As Nicki’s daughter, Olivia grew up going to CAP as a child and working at CAP during her summers home from school. Her passion working with kids grew as she worked in theatre and saw the imagination and excitement that came from the kiddos she worked with. She returned home and found the same imagination and excitement in her CAP family. Olivia’s favorite thing about working at Children At Play is the ability to expand kids minds outside of their day to day world.

Children are great imitators, so give them something great to imitate
